IFFA 2010 Frankfurt

The leading international fair presents the entire value chain for the meat-processing sector.

From 8 to 13 May, the industry is showing the latest technologies and solutions for slaughtering, processing, packaging and selling at Frankfurt Fair and Exhibition Centre. As in the past, Messe Frankfurt expects to welcome around 60,000 trade visitors from the industry, butchers' trade and retail trade.

At IFFA 2010, over 100 exhibitors from 28 countries present the latest developments in the fields of additives, spices, aromas and sausage casings. Other important topics in the sector include healthy nutrition, convenience foods and new EU directives.
